No, there is no need for this as the system detects fall risk events automatically and sends alerts through the system to the relevant care providers.
No, Our alarm is situated at the nurses station (in hospitals) or sent directly to care providers (residential homes). Patients and users with high sensitivity should not be affected by the use of PreSAGE®.

It takes 30 minutes to install and begin using PreSAGE®, and staff or care providers on site can be trained remotely to ensure they are confident in using the system.
No, privacy is very important to us too! PreSAGE® uses infrared sensors to detect movement and thus no information is stored by the system, and facial features are not detected at all.
