About Us
PreSAGE® all began with a clinical research agreement with the largest geriatric hospital in Singapore (Tan Tock Seng Hospital) in 2015.
Our founder's 10 years of engineering experience in defence gave her the idea to adapt the technology to solve the problem of inpatient falls. This
occurred after a conversation with the Chief Nurse of TTSH, where a critical gap in patient care was revealed — most bed-exit tools were reactive, intervening only after a fall had taken place.
Thus, she initiated the development of a proactive solution designed to predict and prevent falls before they occur, enhancing patient safety through early intervention.
PreSAGE has since scaled to become the number 1 in-patient fall prevention solution in the country within 4 years,
transforming the standard of care for high-fall risk patients and winning multiple internationally recognised awards.

Our Journey at TTSH
2015
Formal clinical collaboration established with Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). First pilot begins with 15 beds in single and isolation rooms, in a hospital environment.
2018
Successful clinical validation of the PreSAGE system, laying the foundation for broader deployment.
2020
Project expansion to include 7 additional beds, growing our impact.
2021
Performance validation in 15-bed single rooms. First open ward trial conducted with 23 beds.
2022
Expansion to over 50 beds in single and isolation rooms.
2023
Significant growth to more than 150 beds equipped with PreSAGE.
Present
Ongoing open ward trial at TTSH with plans to scale to Integrated Care Hub and more open wards.
